01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Renter") and Cool Breeze Cars ("Company").

02. Eligibility & Requirements

• Age: Renters must be at least 21 years old. For "Supercar" and "Luxury" categories, the minimum age is 25.
• License: A valid driver's license held for at least one year is required. International renters must provide an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their domestic license.
• Insurance: Proof of full comprehensive insurance coverage is required unless purchased directly through Cool Breeze Cars.

03. Booking & Cancellation

Booking Policy: A reservation is only confirmed once a deposit has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate (1-day minimum).
• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

04. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles are strictly for personal use on paved public roads. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and loss of deposit:

• Racing, rallying, or usage on any track.
• Off-road driving (unless explicitly authorized for specific SUV models).
• Smoking inside the vehicle.
• Transporting pets without a carrier (cleaning fees will apply).
• Subleasing or allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.

05. Liability & Insurance

You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. This includes responsibility for traffic violations, parking fines, and toll charges. In the event of an accident, you must notify Cool Breeze Cars and local authorities immediately.
